NEW APPLICATIONS OF BIOTECHNOLOGIES

Research characteristics:

creation of new plant genotypes, characterization of plant components and raw materials for food, feed, pharmacy and medicine, plant-microorganism interactions, plant and microbial enzymes, phytochemicals and their characteristics.

 

New knowledge:

new genotypes, chemical composition of plant biomass for food and pharmaceuticals, biotechnological production organisms and procedures.

 

Usability of results:

biotechnology for plant production, pharmacy and medicine, new varieties of plants, innovative methods of processing plant raw materials, production of enzymes in vitro.
