Quality at FPV UCM is ensured, monitored and evaluated within all educational and creative activities and other related activities carried out at FPV UCM in the previous period. The emphasis is placed on independence, impartiality, objectivity, expertise, transparency and fairness in the evaluation. Stakeholders are involved in the evaluation.

Feedback is a necessary part of communication, whether verbal or non-verbal. Overall, feedback is a key tool for improvement, increasing quality in many aspects of life and work. It is important that it is constructive, clear and that it is effective and beneficial for all parties involved. It should answer the question whether the organization is going in the right direction. It is essential to know the perception of everyone involved in the organization.

The satisfaction of an interested party (student, employee, practice representative, public...) can be defined as the sum of feelings of the interested party, derived from the differences between his expectations and the perceived reality
