We're going after you. Meet us at autumn fairs and events.
Are you interested in the admission process? Do you want to know what subjects await you during your studies? Thinking about what you can do after school? Or are you simply wondering what it's like to be a UCM student? This fall, you will have several opportunities to ask these questions to representatives of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava in person.
This year, UCM will also present itself at selected fairs and events, where we will introduce future students to study options, individual faculties, study programs and life at the university. Meeting in person with university representatives is an opportunity to learn more than what you can find on the website. Stop by our booth and ask us.
Where to for UCM this fall?
In the fall of 2026, you will find us at several events for future university students in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Science night
European Science Night (September 25, 2026) is a slightly different type of event. It's not just about choosing a university - it brings visitors closer to the world of science, research and innovation through scientific stands, lectures, discussions and workshops. FPV UCM will also be present at the event. Visitors will thus have the opportunity to get to know the scientific and research activities of our university from a slightly different perspective, especially in the following areas and cities:
- CryptoLab: How messages are hidden in the digital world - Bratislava
- Detectives from the laboratory - Žilina
- Hack a plant and discover the power hidden in connecting science with the nature around us! - Žilina
- The power of life: a molecular view from DNA to the cell - Banská Bystrica
The jubilee 20th anniversary of the European Night of Science will take place in Bratislava, Košice, Banská Bystrica, Žilina and Poprad. This year's theme is The Power of Science: how we can shape our future.
Gaudeamus in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
The Bratislava Gaudeamus (October 6-8, 2026, Incheba Expo Bratislava, Hall D) is one of the largest events of its kind, and this year will also offer a space for meetings with Slovak and foreign universities. During the fair, visitors can obtain information about study programs, admissions procedures and further education options.
Our representation will also be present at the Gaudeamus fair in Brno (October 20-23, 2026, Brno Exhibition Centre, Pavilion V). This is one of the important events for those interested in higher education in the Czech Republic and abroad.
We will conclude the autumn series of events in Nitra (November 3-4, 2026, Agrokomplex Nitra, Pavilion F), where UCM will present itself at the Gaudeamus Nitra fair. The event will take place in the premises of the Agrokomplex, and visitors can look forward to university presentations and information on further study options.
