PhD student at the Institute of Computer Technologies and Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences, UCM RNDr. Dominik Hrinkino completed a stay at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the United States of America as part of the Erasmus program.


The visit allowed him to present the research carried out at the UCM FPV and to discuss the possibilities of cooperation in the field of cyber security and network technologies.

During his stay, he visited the APRIORI Center, which, among other things, deals with the issue of Internet crime, and the AI ​​CyberSafe Innovations Lab, focused on cyber security and artificial intelligence. He discussed current research topics and the possibilities of their joint development with the researchers there.

He also presented his research at a local seminar conference. The meeting provided space for professional discussion and exchange of experiences with researchers and students of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

The stay contributed to the establishment of professional contacts and opened up space for further academic and research cooperation between the two workplaces.
