FPV UCM in Trnava among the leaders of higher education quality
The Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (FPV UCM) achieved outstanding results in the national performance evaluation of higher education institutions published by the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic. The evaluation provides a comprehensive overview of the quality of higher education in Slovakia and includes indicators focused on student and employer satisfaction, as well as the employability of graduates in the labor market.
A leader in the evaluation of employer satisfaction
In the area of employer satisfaction with students and graduates, the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava ranked 1st among all evaluated universities. Employers evaluated particularly positively:

graduates' professional skills,

their ability to work in a team,

their adaptability and readiness to respond to changing practical demands.
These results confirm that UCM graduates, including FPV graduates, are well prepared for their profession and can successfully apply themselves in various areas of the labor market.
The best rated faculty within the university from the point of view of students
In the overall assessment of student satisfaction, the university ranked in the middle of the comparison table. However, when comparing individual faculties, the Faculty of Natural Sciences of UCM in Trnava achieved the best results, making it the best-rated faculty within the university.
This result reflects the quality of the study environment, the professional approach of teachers, as well as the systematic support of students throughout their studies.
Excellent applicability of FPV graduates
An important indicator of the success of FPV UCM in Trnava is also the unemployment rate of graduates, which was below the 2% threshold. This is the lowest unemployment rate among the evaluated faculties, which clearly confirms the high employability of the faculty's graduates on the labor market.
Student feedback
The student satisfaction survey is organized by the Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic. The anonymous questionnaire consisted of 64 questions divided into 12 thematic areas, which focused on the quality of teaching, study conditions, student support, counseling services or overall satisfaction with studies. A total of 12,772 university students in Slovakia participated in the survey, which provides a relevant and representative picture of the quality of the university environment from the students' point of view.
Confirmation of quality and commitment to further development
The achieved results are a clear confirmation of the long-term orientation of FPV UCM in Trnava to provide high-quality, modern and practice-oriented education. At the same time, they are a strong impetus to continue the further development of study programs, student support and deepening cooperation with practice.
