We took part in the National Field Days in Selice!

Our faculty took part in the 14th edition of the important agricultural event - the All-Slovak Field Days in Selice. This event was a great opportunity to present the latest trends and innovations in agriculture and to exchange experiences with experts from all over Slovakia.

In the framework of our ADAPTA project, which is part of the international INTERREG programme, we had the opportunity to present our adaptation measures aimed at water retention in agricultural landscapes. These measures are key to increasing the resilience of agriculture to climate change and drought, which is a very topical issue at the moment.

Our presentation showed how farmers can effectively use different technologies and methods to capture and retain water, thereby contributing to sustainability and environmental protection. We believe that these measures will not only help to improve agricultural production, but also contribute to protecting our landscape from the adverse effects of climate change.
