Practice of students from the Secondary School of Chemistry at the Faculty of Natural Sciences

The Faculty of Natural Sciences had the honour to welcome students from the Secondary Vocational School of Chemistry from Vlčie Hrdl in Bratislava for a professional practice, which gave them a unique opportunity to get an idea of real scientific work.

During two weeks the students were actively involved in work in the modern laboratories of the faculty, where they had the opportunity to try out various experiments and research tasks. Under the guidance of experienced teachers and researchers, they managed to gain not only new theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that will be invaluable in their further studies and professional direction.

The internship was aimed at linking theoretical knowledge with real research tasks, which allowed students to better understand the principles of scientific work. In this way, they had the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a university environment, which is very important for future scientists and professionals.

The Faculty of Science looks forward to more events like this and hopes that this experience will inspire students to further their studies and explore the fascinating world of science.
