This week, the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava is implementing preparatory courses for students of the first year of the 2026/2027 academic year. Preparatory courses are conducted in mathematics, biology and chemistry.
The course in biology and the course in chemistry will take place on September 28 and 29, 2026, the preparatory course in mathematics will take place from September 30 to October 2, 2026.

Direct contact with teachers
A significant advantage of preparatory courses is that they are led directly by teachers of FPV UCM. Students thus not only gain professional foundations, but also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the academic environment of the faculty and the way of working that awaits them during their studies.
Preparatory courses are part of supporting freshmen at the beginning of their university journey. FPV UCM wishes them a successful start to the new academic year, a lot of curiosity, determination and joy in discovering new knowledge.
