Life jubilee of prof. Jozef Augustín

 

On Friday, July 18th, Prof. Ing. Jozef Augustín, DrSc. Between 2001 and 2014, Professor Augustin was active at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the UCM in Trnava, contributing to its development, especially in building and establishing the Department of Biotechnology and the Department of Ecochemistry and Radioecology (currently the Department of Environmental Sciences). During his 13 years as a supervisor, Professor Augustín has educated dozens of young experts in the fields of Biotechnology and Chemistry, some of whom are now successfully working in academia (Prof. Pipíška, Assoc. Horník, Dr. Vrtoch and Dr. Marešová).

His students and colleagues wish him all the best, good health and joy.
