Lecture on project management

On Monday, December 8 at 10:30 a.m., a professional lecture entitled "Project Management – Necessity or Uselessness" will take place in the premises at Hlavná 5. The event is intended for all those who are interested in effective project management in practice.
The lecture will focus on modern approaches to project management, the most common mistakes and mistakes that project managers make, and will also offer specific case studies and examples from Slovakia.
Ing. Michal Porubčan from Netropolis, s.r.o., who has been working in the field of project management for a long time, will share his experience.
The aim of the event is to show why project management is important and how it can help in the effective implementation of small and large projects
