From June 14 to 20, 2026, the International Summer School was held at the FPV UCM in Trnava, implemented as part of the GEN Mini-Grant 2026 project.

The project is co-financed by the governments of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through the Vyšehrad Grants of the International Vyšehrad Fund. The fund's mission is to support sustainable regional cooperation and develop partnerships between the countries of Central Europe.

The summer school created a space for students from different countries to meet, exchange experiences and develop international cooperation. The program focused on environmental topics, digital media and current social challenges related to sustainable development.

The summer school was attended by students of A. S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University, Pomeranian University in Slupsk and University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. During the week, they were involved in professional activities, presentations and teamwork in international groups. The result of their collaboration were also short videos reflecting on environmental topics and experiences gained during the summer school.
