Experts from various fields of chemistry work at the institute, who deal with current trends in inorganic chemistry and magnetochemistry, including the theory of molecular nanomagnets. A significant part of the research is focused on innovations in the organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds using microwave technology and their application in material chemistry, medicine and biotechnology. The institute also deals with interdisciplinary fields such as environmental engineering, radioecology and ecochemistry. All these areas are supported by advanced analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, IR and NMR spectroscopy.
